Next, one of our team will come along to see you for a free consultation. We will bring samples, measure up the space and spend time with you to ensure we offer the best possible solution to suit your lifestyle, décor and budget. Within 48hours, we will provide you with a 3D virtual image of your kitchen, bedroom or home office design.
Once you are happy with the design, a deposit will secure an appointment date for fitting and we can begin manufacture. Usually lead time from order to installation will be 4 weeks, depending on volume of work and the size of the job.
We will come and do a second measure of the space to finalise the design and confirm all finishes, fixtures and fittings – from worktops and cupboard doors right down to handles. If there is any extra work required, we will send one of our range of trusted tradespeople around to quote separately for any plumbing, electrical or plastering that may be needed. We will coordinate with them to ensure all fitting work takes place at the same time and in the right order for minimum disruption to you.
Our team will arrange your fitting – usually two days for a kitchen. We organise everything, and coordinate with electricians, plumbers, flooring and decorators to make this as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
Following fitting, we will give you a little time to get used to your new space, then one of our team will contact you to check that you are happy with everything and to sort out any little niggles you may have noticed – free of charge, of course!
